Independent Learning- Adobe Fuse
So thanks Prof. Ken Harper for reminding me about this blog post!
The independent study that I looked into was Learning Adobe Fuse to design my own characters. It's unfortunate that I didn't apply any of these actual skills that I learned to my projects, it probably would've added a little bit of pizzazz to a lot of them.
I learned about all the different forms of character customization all the way down to the material of the clothing that my character was wearing and the patterns that are displayed on their clothes.
I learned how to adjust lighting, perspective and even specific facial features to create unique characters that will add dimension to my projects. You can even upload the characters to the Creative Cloud and use them within other projects you may be working on. You can also export them to Mixamo to add animations to them.
This program opens so many more doors for future design projects I will have in the future. I hope to continue practicing Unity and hope to also incorporate what I have learned about Adobe Fuse into scenes I will create in the future.
Now, here is a video of a guy trying to recreate Jessica Biel using Adobe Fuse:

Thanks for an awesome semester Harper!
