Assignment 6 Using Mixamo – Shir Mosan

What did I do? I used the Play Animation Action which was applied on the audience which were also divided to four raws, to the piano man and the singer.   As for the singer and the Piano man I used Trigger Enter so when the player enter the trigger each of them starts to do it's own action. The Piano man had 4 actions: To sit - Trigger enter Start Playing - Trigger Exit Start playing the music - Trigger Exit One dancer (first raw) start to dance - Trigger Exit The Singer had one...

Mixamo – Groh

Using Unity continues to get easier. However, I still ran into some problems with my project. I think it was the animation that I chose that caused the problem. I couldn't get a smooth roll for my character. After each roll, he would jump back a few steps. It was as if he was moving two steps forward but one step back each time. I tried various ways to fix this. I attempted to change the frame rate, model settings, and animation settings. There weren't any forums that could help...

Assignment6-Nan Sun

Link: https://youtu.be/8FajLy1XkKg This time we learn how to put a model from mixamo in our scene. I feel confused about how to trigger the moving from one position to the other one. Having asked other students for help, I finally figured out how to do it. It was really interesting to work on such an assignment.

Assignment 6: Using Mixamo and Playmaker to animate characters.

-Julian Schoenbohm For this assignment I chose my existing bank robbery scene again. I wanted to add a police officer that gets out of the car right after arriving at the crash site. To make the officer look like getting out of the car after arriving, I chose to activate the Game Object not before the police car has actually arrived at the crash site and before entering the trigger. After this, the police officer is going to take a first look at the burning cars. I wanted the police...

Assignment 6: Using Mixamo and Playmaker to animate characters

By Larissa Urbiks For this assignment, I decided to create another character for Treasure Island. The role is a woman with bow and arrow. She lives on the island, and she knows that the soldiers just arrived, but they don’t know that they are not alone. Making her move from one point to another wasn’t as easy as I thought. I chose her as the game object and created two spheres. One sphere is her stop point, the other one is her start and finish. The first time I tried...

Assignment 5: Interactive Playmaker Scene Audrey Lee

For Assignment 5 I went back to the Unity scene I had previously made and decided to build on the characters I had developed. I initially faced obstacles with setting up my trigger objects and the objects that would be moving, however I got back on track and was able to organize the events so they actually worked. My scene depicts two tigers which, once the FPC approaches a cube (the trigger), make their way to the water well and back to another tiger after the trigger is approached multiple...

Assignment 5 – Kanda Fang

For my project, I tried to transport the first person controller(player) via a cart by triggering and using playmaker to move both the fpc and the cart.  And I really wanted to design an interactive scene/plot inside a wooden cabin rather than outside. However after I finished Unity popped up a window saying there are complier errors existing in the scene and I couldn't enter playmode to record. So I tried a second time this morning trying to figure what the problem is and I think it has something to do...
