I had 0 experience with Unity (or anything like it) before this class, and I really struggled with it at the beginning. For some crazy reason, I decided to tackle a final project in Unity. My biggest tip from this experience is always look to YouTube for help! I am the kind of person who learns best from seeing someone else do the steps instead of just reading instruction. I found out that Unity actually publishes their own tutorials so be sure to check them out:
They have more videos/playlists on their channel as well. I just found it helpful to watch their beginner videos.
Another helpful playlist comes from Will Goldstone (a digital media tutor and self-proclaimed "Unity nerd"):

He labels his videos by "essential," "beginner," and "intermediate," which I found helpful.
These are just a few of the playlists and videos out there, but there are many many more. I just wanted to share a few beginner ones for anyone else out there like me who needs lots of help using Unity!
