I'll be completely honest- I am NOT very good with Unity yet. I am still in the learning process because it is a little bit foreign to me. But I tried!

I attempted to make a simple beach scene that looks sort of like a deserted island. I added in some palm trees, water, wave sounds (which you can't hear on the screencast), a treasure chest, a pile of gold, a boat, and some coconuts. It is a very basic scene, but even with it being so basic, it took me a couple trials and failures just to get to this point!

I think I just need to keep using Unity to get the hang of it and a better feel for it. The more I use it, the more comfortable I will become, but for right now I still feel like a bit of a newby. I plan on creating a completely new scene for our next assignment just so I can get some more practice and I will probably attempt a couple more scenes between now and then just on my own.

Even though this beach is pretty simple, it is a place I'll be thinking of when it starts snowing here.
