Here is an additional video that was produced to see how well the GoPro Omni rig might capture snowfall. It wasnt the most intense snowfall but it was a central NY snowfall.      

I'd like to pitch a 360 video of walking inside the art gallery for those who can't go see themselves but still would like to see the exhibition or the gallery. Currently, there's an exhibition called "Wanderlust: Travel photograph from the Syracuse University Art Collection." It is a collection of original photographs from the late 1800s till now showing travel photos of various places. The video would start from walking into the gallery, and start walking around the exhibition room, while stopping at each photo with titles and short description...

This past Wednesday was my first time really experiencing virtual reality.  I, like many others, have watched 360 videos on my phone.  I have also used the interactive VR wall that is in Newhouse, just outside the VR lab. I had no idea, though, in all of the times that I had passed that wall that just around the corner was a whole other universe that I didn't even realize we had access to.
