For Assignment 4, our group went through a lot. Our original idea (way back a couple weeks ago) had been to shoot Dance Team practice, which we did. It turned out well, except one of our cameras completely froze on us, so there was a huge black hole in our final video. Other than that, the idea worked well so we thought we would just reshoot and it would be fine.

We shot the Dance Team again, this time in the Dome. It was an awesome time because the Dome was completely empty and it was a very cool environment to be in. When we went to stitch the video, the cameras got confused because of the giant "S" at the center of the field. We never anticipated this problem because we had previously shot on turf and it came out well. The "S" really affected our ability to stitch the video properly so we had to abandon another idea yet again.

For our final idea, we decided to shoot a Campus Tour in which Johnny is the main guide. Johnny travels from building to building around campus, with voice tracks from Dylan and Charlie to add information about each building. Michael created our awesome Nadir patch, which is featured in the bottom of each video and I took care of all of the Premiere work.

All together, it was quite an interesting process for us, most of which was trial and error until we found something that worked okay when we went to stitch the video. Our final product is something that we are happy with- obviously not our original idea, but it is much better than having a black hole in the video and having random orange patches of grass everywhere.
